It is designed for recurring use (monthly, quarterly, or otherwise) with only the prize details and promotional dates requiring updates. These terms ensure random selection, clear eligibility criteria, and compliance with applicable U.S. sweepstakes and privacy regulations, including those in California and Georgia.

Promoter:

The promoter of this giveaway is Tackle Warehouse, a division of Sports Warehouse, Inc.

Eligibility:

Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Tackle Warehouse, Sports Warehouse, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, immediate family members, or anyone otherwise connected with the organization or administration of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:

No purchase is necessary. All individuals subscribed to the official Tackle Warehouse email list as of the stated cutoff date will be automatically entered into the giveaway. Entry is free and does not require any additional action by the subscriber. Entry eligibility may be limited to "active subscribers" who have opened at least one Tackle Warehouse email within the past six (6) months prior to the drawing date. Additional entries cannot be earned through purchases or other means.

Giveaway Period:

Each giveaway will include a defined start and end date, published on the official Tackle Warehouse website and/or announced via email communications. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Selection of Winners

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Eligibility may be restricted to active subscribers who have engaged with at least one Tackle Warehouse email within the past six (6) months, based on verified engagement data. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Notification:

Winners will be notified by email within twenty-eight (28) days of the giveaway's end date. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, Tackle Warehouse reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternate winner.

Prizes:

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at Tackle Warehouse's sole discretion for an item of equal or greater value. Prize details, approximate retail value, and quantity will be announced with each giveaway.

General Conditions:

Tackle Warehouse reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway or these terms at any time without prior notice. Any material changes will be communicated through official Tackle Warehouse channels.

Tackle Warehouse is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by third parties, nor for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues. Cheating or fraudulent entries (e.g., multiple sign-ups using different email addresses) will result in disqualification.

Publicity:

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes in connection with the giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Data Protection:

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with U.S. data protection laws and Tackle Warehouse's Privacy Policy. Subscriber engagement data (such as email opens or clicks) may be used solely to determine eligibility for giveaways or similar promotional activities. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.

Litigation

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any action or proceeding to enforce or interpret these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California. By participating, entrants consent to this jurisdiction and venue and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
