The Bill M's Wacky Tool business was started out of a simple necessity for an easy way anglers could rig their stick baits. Bill Minaeff originally started out only making them for his buddies in his local bass fishing club and finally put them for sale on the web in 2001. Bill M's Wacky Tool grew and eventually Bill went public with it to the masses. Proudly made U.S.A.
