Tackle Warehouse processes orders on business days (Monday - Friday). Express shipping orders that are placed before 12:30 pm EST (9:30 am PST) on a business day will ship the same day. Express orders placed after the shipping cut-off or on a weekend or observed holiday will ship the next business day. Orders with standard shipping will be processed as quickly as possible. All orders will give an estimated arrival date during checkout that reflects the current order processing time.
Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, and there maybe a separate charge for each shipment. Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to become active in the shipping carrier's system.
Tackle Warehouse offers free shipping on orders over $50 delivering to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Depending on location, orders will typically arrive within 1-5 business days.
Free shipping offer does not apply to some oversized items and/or abnormally large orders.
The shipping carrier for your order will be determined by the delivery destination. Possible shipping carriers include UPS, FedEx and GLS. All of these carriers offer comprehensive tracking and insured delivery.
UPS and FedEx Overnight Shipping options will be offered during checkout where applicable. Both UPS and FedEx offer comprehensive tracking and insured delivery. Pricing for these options will be based on the size and weight of the package along with the delivery destination. Specific details on delivery times will be shown when the shipping option is displayed.
Carriers may require a signature for overnight delivery packages.
For information regarding Saturday delivery options please contact our Customer Service team. We would strongly encourage shipping overnight packages to an address where someone is available to sign for it to avoid potential delivery delays. Overnight shipping charges will not be refunded if there is no one available for a signature release.
The shipping charge shown when the order is submitted is subject to change. If your order needs to be shipped in two separate boxes, additional shipping charges may apply. Should your shipping charges need to be adjusted, you will be notified via email with the updated shipping total. All orders that have rods along with other items will require multiple boxes and result in additional shipping charges.
Priority Mail shipping via USPS is available to all U.S. addresses, including Puerto Rico and Guam and is the only shipping method available for orders shipping to a military APO/FPO address or shipping to a P.O. Box. Shipping charges vary according to the weight of the package and delivery destination.
Because of USPS size and weight restrictions, orders may be shipped in multiple packages which may result in additional shipping charges. If there are additional shipping charges, we will contact you before processing your order. Orders containing only gift cards will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with no shipping charges.
United States Postal Service offers comprehensive tracking on their website. Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.
Due to dimension and weight limitations assessed by shipping carriers, orders made with an extraordinary amount of weight or large dimensions may be subject to a freight charge. For example, a large quantity of Plano Tackle Boxes may require a freight charge. Please contact our customer service team if you think you may be placing an order that could incur a freight shipping charge for assistance and price quotes.
To view international shipping rates, place items in the shopping cart. In the "Calculate Shipping" box, select your country then click on the arrow to view the available rates. These shipping rates do not include custom fees or import charges that may be incurred when the package enters your country for delivery. For more information, see our international page.
When shipping to a freight forwarding service or hotel, please be aware that our policy regarding replacements and refunds may be affected. If your package is confirmed as delivered according to tracking information but is subsequently misplaced, we regret to inform you that you may not be eligible for a replacement or refund. Additionally, a signature will be required on packages delivered to these addresses.
We recommend ensuring that the receiving location is secure and reliable. By choosing to ship to a freight forwarding service or hotel, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Thank you for your understanding!
Tackle Warehouse wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned at any point in new condition within 365 days of the original invoice date.
Products returned in new, store-bought condition are eligible for exchange, refund, or Tackle Warehouse store credit for the full value of your purchase.
Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns within a twelve-month period may limit your eligibility for store credit.
Products returned beyond 365-days from the original invoice date or that are unable to be returned to stock may be eligible for store credit at the sole discretion of Tackle Warehouse. Used baits and tackle are not eligible for return.
Products purchased using Afterpay are eligible for refunds only. If an item purchased using Afterpay is returned more that 120 days after the original invoice date, you will be issued a Tackle Warehouse Store Credit for the full value of the product.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States these orders will include a complimentary pre-paid UPS Ground return label in the box when the order is delivered. If you use the pre-paid return label provided, please allow 7-10 business days for the return package to arrive back at Tackle Warehouse.
Orders shipped to international, APO/FPO, Alaskan or Hawaiian addresses or U.S. territories are not eligible for the free return shipping offer. Drop Ship and Oversized Items are not eligible for the free return shipping offer.
Once you have your returns form filled out, place the items you would like to return back into the original shipping box, soft pack, or similar shipping container. Place your returns form in the package and securely tape your shipment closed.
Attach the enclosed UPS return label to the outside of the box or soft pack. Write down the tracking number located on the return shipping label to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse. Remove or black out any other labels.
Drop the box off at any authorized UPS Service Station or UPS building. To find the UPS Service Station closest to you click here. You can also return your shipment by handing your package to a UPS driver. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days once it arrives back to Tackle Warehouse.
If you request an exchange, the product you have requested will be shipping back to you free of charge via UPS Ground or GLS unless otherwise specified.
Ship the return package back to the following address with your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking information. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Write down the tracking number for the return from your preferred shipping carrier to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse.

Any customs fee incurred by Tackle Warehouse will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges and customs fees that were assessed on the original order are non-refundable.
Follow the instructions above based on your location, using the Gift Return Form instead of the form found on the back of the invoice.
If you receive an item that is broken or defective prior to use, contact TW immediately to arrange for replacement or credit.
For defects or damage that occurs after an item has been used, it is subject to the warranty terms that vary by item and manufacturer. Please contact us about return procedures for any product you believe to be defective.
All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
