Comments: It's amazing that with as many as sold there are only 2 reviews. I don't usually do reviews because I don't feel I am qualified. I am going to give some comparisons to hopefully help others. I bought the 7ft Jig Worm. It's labeled a medium heavy fast. I have a Falcon lowrider MH Fast and a Lew's TP1 MH Fast. This rod is a little stiffer in the tip than the Falcon. Not by much. The Lew's TP1 is a bit stiffer in the tip than the Cashion. I would that this is some where in the middle. If I was asked to describe it I would say it's a medium heavy with some tip to it. Paired with a Lew's LFS it feels nice in hand and I really like the way it loads on a cast. Trying an unscientific method of closing my eyes and running the tip across the carpet and doing the same with my Falcon. I think the Falcon might be slightly more sensitive but that is really negligible. I am glad Cashion came out with a cork grip which is why I bought this. I am not a fan of the carbon handle. I would by this again.

Comments: I purchased the Element Multipurpose rod and have fished many techniques with it now. The fit and finish are flawless. The weight and action and power are perfect. The price point for an American made rod of this caliber is astounding. I'm a Cashion man for life now.

Comments: Recently had the chance to go to Cashion Rod factory in Sanford, NC for a factory tour and charity benefit and I was really impressed with how all the Cashion rod models are made as well as the detail in the quality control process Matt and team @ Cashion Rods has put in place. Cashion rods manufacturers and roll their own blanks with proprietary resins, carbon fiber and processes...they do not buy blanks and doll them up. Although the original series was very innovative and are no doubt great rods, I was never a big fan of micro-guides or the feel of the built-in carbon fiber handles on the original rod series, however I really like the cork handles and the larger diameter guides on this rod. For $129 the Element series is a well-build rod using quality components. I also love the fact that they are made in USA, with mostly domestically sourced materials. Also, Cashion Rods is very active in local children's charities and support, so I really appreciate that as well.
